Executive HR & TA Strategy: He has a clear track record of designing and implementing comprehensive people strategies, spearheading organizational design, and driving digital transformation in HR and TA. He architected career frameworks, employment branding, employee engagement campaigns, and agile recruitment processes at companies like Pyramid Systems.
Talent Acquisition Expertise: With deep expertise from leadership roles in Global TA at Walmart, PwC, and IBM, Greg specializes in designing sourcing best practices, overhauling and implementing scalable hiring processes, strategic and volume recruitment, and enable commercial grade candidate experiences (and the metrics to track).
Executive Search Acumen: His tenure at Korn Ferry and Dinte Executive Search, combined with his executive talent roles at Walmart, gives him robust expertise in executive search best practices and identifying high-potential professionals across all business lines.
Business Growth and Consulting: Greg’s leadership experience transcends HR/TA as he has also Growth and Business Development functions (responsible for developing a $500M+ pipeline at Pyramid Systems).
