    • This is your foundation for success, bundling all essential HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) services into a single predictable, full spectrum support agreement - Recruitment & Recruitment Marketing, Talent Management/Employee Development, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Total Rewards, Change Management, Systems and Digital Transformation, Communications and more.

    • A single, predictable 3, 6, 9, or 12-month package, ensuring consistent strategic oversight, delivery, compliance and operational excellence across the agreed upon scope areas.

    • Inclusive of full desk recruitment services for non Executive/Strategic Hiring.

    • Optional: Business development support (i.e. competitive intelligence, market research, partner networks), as well as P&L, operations, and back office integration. We are an extension of your growth team.

    • Growing firms needing senior growth leadership without full-time overhead

    • Start-ups and/or companies entering new markets that need experienced people leadership to navigate growth.

    • Choose to augment your retainer for Core Partnership scope with Executive/Strategic Search for critical roles.

    • Embedding our fractional leadership via the Core Partnership lets us get to know the business and accelerates our ability to identify and hire leaders that perfectly align with your long-term vision and growth objectives.

    • Two Approaches:

      • Discounted Executive/Strategic Search placement fees (per search) when bundled with core.

      • Slight increase to retainer in lieu of per search discounted placement fees. We want to work within your fiscal capacity and help you grow!

  • Retained Contingent (Performance Model)

    • Search-Only engagements

    • Flexible retained/contingent hybrid model - initial non-refundable retainer and the final fee contingent and (retainer subtracted) due upon successful placement.

    • All fees calculated based on offered and accepted annual salary of placed candidate.

  • Hourly Consulting

    • Need focused help for a specific project or initiative? Our Hourly Consulting is available.

    • This model offers you flexible access to senior expertise, allowing you to tailor support exactly to your budget and tactical needs, without the commitment of a full-time role.

    • Minimum hours to be negotiated at onset of consulting arrangment.

  • Executive HR & TA Strategy: He has a clear track record of designing and implementing comprehensive people strategies, spearheading organizational design, and driving digital transformation in HR and TA. He architected career frameworks, employment branding, employee engagement campaigns, and agile recruitment processes at companies like Pyramid Systems.

  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: With deep expertise from leadership roles in Global TA at Walmart, PwC, and IBM, Greg specializes in designing sourcing best practices, overhauling and implementing scalable hiring processes, strategic and volume recruitment, and enable commercial grade candidate experiences (and the metrics to track).

  • Executive Search Acumen: His tenure at Korn Ferry and Dinte Executive Search, combined with his executive talent roles at Walmart, gives him robust expertise in executive search best practices and identifying high-potential professionals across all business lines.

  • Business Growth and Consulting: Greg’s leadership experience transcends HR/TA as he has also Growth and Business Development functions (responsible for developing a $500M+ pipeline at Pyramid Systems).
